This is inaccurate because during the Third Coalition, Russia helped Austria fight France. An example of Russia helping Austria out is the Battle of Austerlitz in the December of 1805. Russia and France kept fighting each other until the Battle of Friedland (1807). This battle was a major victory for France which resulted in the Treaty of Tilsit, marking the end of the Fourth Coalition.
