The plan.


The Situation

After a long development hiatus, as a result of University, both Jared and I are jumping back on the Vitality development train. We’re going to be spending a few months working full-time on the game in order to try and complete all of the core mechanics, features and really solidify a base that we can start to call a game!

For a little early motivation, here’s a picture of what Jared is working on right now:

Development overview

Our general plan for the summer months, namely July and August is to get the game to a point where it can enact a complete experience. Currently, the game is a bit of a soup of mechanics, however as we do not have a great deal of actual content, these mechanics do not link well together.

We believe that the simple step of fleshing out these features, tying up loose ends, and introducing more gameplay incentives will bring the game up to where we want it to be!

This is just a quick update announcing that the development train is once again moving, and we are going to return to posting as much regular content as we can both on our youtube channel, and on this development log here on gamejolt.
