The R.O.O.I.R.S. 1.1 Released!

Hello everybody! This update took longer than I wanted to, but most of my time was spent going to a new sandbox level! It is available from the Extras menu, but it requires beating the game first. :P The level itself is pretty basic, but that's because all the good stuff comes from a new weapon added, which is obtained in that level.

I also added a few new minor settings- one of them being a "dark theme" that's primarily for the main game. I fixed some things about saving and loading, which means you will need to beat the game again in order for stuff to properly save. Don't worry, a change like that will not happen again, but now you are able to choose an unlocked level when starting a new game. :D

I also made a whole bunch of minor fixes and improvements, so hopefully, the game performs a bit nicer now. But a lot of it was to make sure I could do what I wanted to in the sandbox level.

So what's next? Now that I finally got to a lot of the small stuff that needed to be implemented, I will now be starting a multiplayer mode. Networked games are hard, so expect this to take a while as well. But once that is up and going, I'll start a VR port that should have multiplayer crossplayer compatibility. Multiplayer is harder to convert to, which is why I'll be doing that first.

That's all the news I have to share for now. Be on the lookout for the next update. Until next time!

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!

Hi all, Quick update with a bunch of fixes and changes.
