The rights surrounding our characters.


We've come out to say that our characters that we at Marilyn Incorporated make are, as long as you follow certain rules, free to use for any project, fangames, comics, or any other piece of media.

The rules are:

1: Always credit the specific person who made the character you've used, don't just steal the character and claim it's yours!

2: Do NOT use our characters in any paid for game of any kind!

3: Do NOT make any inappropriate content with our characters, you will be blocked by us. And, if you're in one of our communities here on Game Jolt, banned!

4: Do NOT make any offensive content using our characters, such as sensitive subjects from the past!

More rules will probably come later.

So it turns out @Banned-Dreams used AI to make the songs he "composed". I don't know what to do because on one hand, the songs are great, but on the other hand, they were generated by fricking AI. What the hell do I do???
