Alright, I have to confess. I have had this on my mind for a bit now. I'm publishing this to the world once and for all.

This is the second version of the Script Entertainment timeline. Note 2 things:
- Techno City 2042 became just Techno City
- I cancelled "Fall of Techno City", "Criminal Response" and "Codename: Reboot:
The "Techno City" Issue
So, why was "Fall of Techno City" cancelled and "Techno City 2042" dropped the 2042. Here is my reason.
I don't feel comfortable having a set year for the game. Say for example, this game was played in 2036. People would assume that this is what 2042 and onward would be like. Say this was played in 2091. If society would be like the game will be, then they would call it "a lie" or "outdated". I feel like if I drop the year from all the games, then people would assume the year it was meant to be in.
This means that during the development of The Awakening - Codename: Reawakened, I will have to drop the years from in the game to make it more suitable, even with the pandemic.
The original game was based in the year 2020. With the COVID-19 pandemic, this would not occur.
The next issue was why "Fall of Techno City" was cancelled. This is from a simple question. How would I put something like this into a game that would probably last around 2 hours? The answer is... I don't know. If I want to base the first game around why they are in Techno City and more stuff I don't want to spoil for the game (which will take years), then I should just include it in the first game. This is the plan. After completing a bit of whatever I set the game to be, Fall of Techno City comes into place.
The Cancellation of Criminal Response and Codename: Reboot
My simple question to this... How would I even get to something like this? How does this correlate with the story? Criminal Response was a good idea, where I think this was around the game "The Escapist", where you have to escape prison. I don't know how to even get them into prison, especially after the fall of Techno City. This game was obvious to be cancelled.
The next game, Codename: Reboot, had no plans at all. Here is one thing though that fit with the name of the game.
Recently, I was watching YouTube Millionaire, one of OSFirstTimers millions of several channels. Inside the last video, it had a mentioning of the person he handed ShiftOS development over to. They mentioned something called PeaceNet, made by The Peace Foundation. It got the idea to base Codename: Reboot over the idea. I was thinking recently, "should I really do this?" The answer is no. It's their project, and I don't want to take it over. Even if I asked, they might say no, and I would feel embarrassed for asking them.
In the end result, those 3 games will be cancelled. I hope you understand, but it would just be so much work for me and the team to do, especially over 8 games. Imagine if it took approximately 1 year to complete a game, it would be around 10 years for the entire series to end.
Hope you all are having a wonderful time. See you later.
