Den:He is a robot with Sonic's DNA (converted into code) made to replace him after his death. He's not as fast as Sonic, but he has additional motors in his gloves and shoes to compensate.

Upon making contact with 5 emeralds Upon making contact with 5 Chaos Emeralds, he transforms into Kitsune Den,(I haven't made a drawing/render of him yet), The power of the emeralds also makes him a living being in this form. but he can't use the full power of all 7.

Nick:He was a citizen of Little Planet, he had no parents or friends, so to get food he stole, one day, after being caught stealing food once, Den ended up calming down the people who were angry with him, and he began to befriend him.
