This is a sketch I made a while back- well; more like a full painting that used only sketchy styled brushes for the most part; save for some details added with textured brushes.
This was inspired by the Maglev from the Cyan Worlds game, RIVEN, the sequel to their legendary game MYST. I also guess a little bit of inspiration from the Combine APC from another game, Half-life 2, played a part.
I've been a little fascinated with the idea of "road-rails"; which are essentially normal roads but built in a way that only specific train-like vehicles can run on them without any ability to steer.

random thing i half-accidentally made when trying to import a portal 2 map i made, into blender. instead of importing the whole map, it only imported the models at one location due to an error. i thought it was cool so i polished it up and made a gif. :D
If you guys also play gmod, i made a portal-ish themed map for it set in an AU aperture science facility. :) https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=265277909…
