So in this timeline, Batman has only ever had two sidekicks, Robin (Jason Todd) and Batgirl.

Jason Todd pulled a Jason Todd and ran away with Joker’s crowbar so he was out of the picture.

In this timeline, Jim Gordon died in action and entrusted Bruce Wayne to care for his (at the time) 4-year-old daughter, Barbara, who he then trained to become Batgirl since Jason “died”.
