Hi all!! For PC players, I just released the update to the game! ;v; Make sure to re-download the game on GameJolt to get it! The update includes a Custom Night with a new character + multiple challenge presets + an Extras screen + a couple eggs for you all to find ;D
You only have to beat Night 5 to unlock the Custom Night and the Extras screen, but you have to beat Night 6 in order to attempt 5/20 mode and… Impossible mode! (All the AI on 20 plus Nightmarionne on!)
The Custom Night has 7 challenge presets, and there are a couple of bonus challenge presets only accessible on the extras screen! ;v;
If you beat 5/20 mode, you get a 3rd star on the menu! If you manage to beat Impossible mode, you get a 4th star on the menu! If someone manages to 100% the game and beat everything including Impossible mode… you get the 5th star on the menu!
5/20 mode is def possible! ;v; I’ve beaten it a few times, and it’s not too much harder than Night 6! I think most Night 6 champions will be able to beat 5/20 mode!
Impossible mode on the other hand… is really hard asdfkgdfjsdfkjd ;v;
I do think it’s possible… ;v; but I haven’t managed to do it yet! I think the best run I’ve had so far was getting to 4 AM with 31% power left, then dying shortly after DSKJFDSFJ
But just for the heck of it, the first person to beat Impossible mode with video proof, will get their username added to the menu in an update to the game! ;v; (as long as it’s appropriate of course!)
That is, if anyone does end up beating it dfjkdkfjss :’D
Since there’s a lot of challenging nights in this update, I think I’ll try my best to give some tips to the dedicated players!
I think some people overestimate Nightmare Foxy! Keep in mind that he can only kill you when he’s on phase 3 (facing and standing at the exit of the closet) for too long, and to push him back one phase only takes just a little bit, usually 1-3 seconds!
That being said, it can still be good to push him back multiple phases sometimes (if you have the time and not too much is going on), that way you won’t have to worry about him for a little bit! ;v;
About Nightmare, I’ve seen some people turn around, notice that Nightmare is almost fully faded in, then sit there and shine until he goes completely away! That’s typically not a bad idea on the earlier Nights, but doing that can get you killed on the later nights if it takes too long!
On the later nights, if you see Nightmare almost fully faded in, I think it’s a good idea to shine him until he goes about half away, then turn back around and quickly check the cameras again, and then once that’s dealt with, turn back around and shine him the rest of the way!
Thanks for reading! To everyone who plays the update, I have you have fun and enjoy it!!
If you find any bugs, or have any feedback, do feel free to tell!
I hope you all have a lovely day!! ;v;
