The Vega Route has begun actual development.


Figured I’d just write a little thing to let you know the Vega Route for this mod is in development. I THINK I’m roughly halfway through development (I’ve done up to the Sportsdome in terms of stuff I’ve also tested, but I feel like I’m close to finishing the Gibson Orphanage too), but that really depends on how long it takes to set up the final area.

 

Realistically speaking, I might be able to get this done around the middle of July. However, since that’s around when the Definitive Edition comes out (And because I REALLY don’t want to commit analytical suicide), chances are it’ll be coming out in August at the earliest.

 

That’s about it. Just kind of leaving a little memo since it’s been a few months of radio silence, and I haven’t really confirmed that it’s out of the (purely) concepting phase officially yet.

Labor Day.

I was done MOST of this a while ago, but I've been focusing on another project for the most part so it took until now to actually finish (even if it's not that big of an update).

You know that little Cheevo page from Unbreakable?

I did one for this mod. Because I was bored.

I have spent the last few weeks wondering on and off if putting these two in a room together would be a character design faux-pas for a thing I haven't even started working on yet (and it's possible, though unlikely, I never will).

Now the questionably enjoyable trial of will that is the Joyed Vega Ending is more consistently questionably enjoyable!

Also I changed my mind on how I wanted to handle Fatty's recruitment on the new route. It's the same method, but it's a bit easier now.

No, I do not know why anyone would do that to themselves. My mods aren’t interesting enough for challenge runs.

I'm actually pretty proud of this one. A few of the ideas I've implemented for this (including this update's name!) have been my plans for months now. Glad to see it all come together.
