didn't think this was a problem that needed to be addressed but if you keep getting put in a black room with rain and meeting The Wise Fetus its because you're playing at 5AM

to play the actual game you need to change your time to something that isn't 5AM or wait until 6AM

(or go to sleep at a regular time)
