Something I made back when I was finishing up Noise Busters.
The battle system is pretty versatile, and supports RPG features too, so pretty much any character can be added to it.
I had plans for using this base engine for things raning to DBZ fighting games to typcial RPGs. Don’t ask for Super Smash Bros RPG though…
