I'm starting to suspect that Cyborwave is the reason that the Simptronics are in the test tubes/capsules. He appeared in the FTAH 2 cutscenes where you're ar Homer Simptronic's point of view. He has powers. He creates things out of thin air (FTAH 1 Custom Night), he turned Lucy & Victor into animatronics after his dog Princess killed them. So surely he must have hijacked/done some supernatural shit to the Simptronics, idk. There's even some text that appears for a split second on the Night 3 & 4 cutscene of FTAH 2.

Though I could be wrong, idk. Either way, I hope this theory made sense. (I feel like I worded it terribly)
