The theories I have about the girl are:

#1 She is a security guard

#2 It's Vanny

#3 The game has a multiplayer version and that is why it has a radio in hand, to communicate with other people

#4 It's Vanny and he's communicating with Glitchtrap

Ok, a new Freddy & Friends: On Tour Episode was released yesterday. In the 3 episodes a number of all these 6 numbers stop to change. I colored in pink the stoped numbers.
