there are 2 suspicious people (stupid teenagers) thats been walking around my neighborhood at night

my brother caught them last night when he was outside covering up our car

he said they were standing in front of our driveway and was watching him so


when he started walking towards them they ran off to our neighbors which my brother had been keeping an eye on bc the lady that lives there has him watch the place (she's gone a lot) when she's not there

he said they started looking around in her yard and my brother just came to me with a golden chain diamond necklace. he said he found it by where they were standing last night

it looks like it was ripped off of someone's neck and the chain is broken um

i think they stole that ..
