yeah april fools update isnt happening

i tend to announce things before im sure if im even gonna actually do it, sorry

here was the planned changes

replaced recharge in the almanac stats with numbers instead of "fast" "slow" and "very slow"

this makes it so i'm not restricted to recharge times of only 750 , 3000 and 5000
