I say they're the same person sometimes and they kind of are but there is a difference.

This is Bobby. He's used mostly for the trailers as far as I know. Say hi to Bobby. He is a perfect creature.

is the Beheaded. You play as him in the game. He is the second most perfect creature. Say hi to the beheaded.

Now you know the difference between a Bobby and a Beheaded.
