There would have been a vectorized Meep but it wouldn't make sense so I just showed three of the skins

Guys, something is wrong with my copy of MEEP*, when I opened it, this cutscene of a detective moving in the play ground. Is it corrupted, was it an update or is it something else causing this?
A pot of gold? What could be suspicious there?
