Game
SUPER RETRO KID

These days at school I've been fooling around with HTML5... So I tried doing a web page to host a (unreleased) web version of SRK.

The HTML5 demo was supposed to be a world 1 only demo as sample so anyone could try the game and if they really liked it then they could download the full game to continue, but if they didn't enjoy it then they could move on. The thing is that somehow the Clickteam HTML5 exporter made some goofs as the camera and collisions are pretty buggy and AAAAARGH spending time on that crap is just awful so I just let it die.

Here's the thing, I made the web page with Replit, the game is with Clickteam.

I ain't lying, I put the game index in replit to add stuff like the background. Can't do that much lol.

My reinstalling Windows fetish just killed it

Holy cow, 10 days of no progress

Just saying that I just need to add the final boss and other stuff but I am PROCRASTINATING SO SHUT UP!

Have this drawing of the superior game!

my house is quite quirky...

(Progress has been slow, but for doing side projects, it is ALMOST finished)

Los días en los que Sulix era el único en el barrio están contados

Fun fact: When I do a 8 bit sprite first I make it in a extremely low resolution and then I upscale it.

A funny soul to play with...

Yet... JUST PASSED THE LEVEL AND SKIPPED ZONE 4 AND ZONE 5 USING CHEATS!

A DARK TUBBYLAND SECRET RETROSPECTIVE!

I mean it works better than the original 2020 reboot title? Sure both add new stuff to be different and unique but I feel them lazy? I don't wan't to remake them as they don't go to the putrid levels to the original.

This is what the classic The Return of Tubbyland games feels like.

wingstop mmmmm

Shit I made at 12
