Honestly I’m still shocked by how everything ended with FredTime Plus I was just kicked out of the team like I did nothing and contributed nothing even though that’s not true at all

I joined the project with a normal mindset I wanted to help develop the game and do something cool I actually spent my time doing modeling putting in effort and completing what I was asked to do and you know what’s the strangest part during all that time I was given only two tasks TWO not because I didn’t want to work but because nothing else was given to me I wasn’t inactive by choice I simply wasn’t given the opportunity to properly participate in development

A month passes silence no proper communication no new tasks and suddenly I just get kicked the reason supposed leaks and bad behavior that sounds completely absurd what leaks if I didn’t even have access to anything serious what exactly did I leak where is the proof there is none

And about the behavior that’s a separate topic no specific examples no warnings nothing they just put a label on me and got rid of me convenient

And the most important part is that I was talking to people from FredTime even before I joined the team I made some normal connections there and interacted with them without any problems take @Cosmic__ for example he’s not just some random person he actually helped me with my game and I helped him too we understand each other well you could say we work almost like two drops of water

If I really had such terrible behavior as they claim it would have shown up a long time ago and people like Cosmic definitely wouldn’t stay silent and continue communicating with me normally but that’s not the case because these accusations just don’t match reality

And about me personally I’m not a bad or toxic person yes I can have some rough moments like anyone else but overall I always try to communicate normally and work in a team it just so happened that in life I’ve often been in situations where people start treating me badly or figuratively spitting in my face maybe that played a bad role and some things could have been taken the wrong way compared to what I actually meant

The worst part is the feeling that I was just thrown away you invest your time you try you wait for some progress and in the end you get blamed without any proper explanation no dialogue no attempt to figure things out just a ban or kick and that’s it

Honestly this says more about how the team operates than about me because normal projects don’t work like this in a normal team people at least talk explain things and give you a chance instead of doing sudden and questionable cleanups

Overall this was a very unpleasant experience I’m not denying that I could have made mistakes but when you get accused without facts and kicked after a month of almost complete silence that’s not about mistakes anymore that’s about attitude
