Thing has not being going well atm with this game given the situation that I'm currently in rn. Btw Rugal has been done however his character portriat somehow needs to be implemented.

Rugal is the final boss of the KOF Pocket Battle (obviously). As he is close to being finalized, one last patch of 1.4 will be released alongside the stage Blacknoah shown within the image.

Well, well, well. During Japan's Fighting Game Round Table, Rugal got annouced as a DLC for KOF XV! I'm really tempting to get the final boss patch of KOF Pocket Battle as done as possible!!!
