We now know what pipes look like on the inside (for clarification, pipes that lead far away, pipes leading to closer places are just the color they are on the outside

Yoshi village exists, also possibly friendly floyd (there is a human in the town in the mushroom kingdom that looks exactly like him, but with grey hair.

Rainbow road connects to Rosalina

Shy guys, sniffits, piranha plants (side note, these piranha plants are a lot bigger and can stretch their "limbs" a lot further too, basically a more powerful version), spikes, bob-ombs, goombas, swoops/swoopers, buzzy beetles, hammer bros and sledge bros are in the movie, possibly King Bob-omb (never seen in the movie, but it would be really cool in my opinion)

The peach's castle poster contains pictures on the walls, showing an island. I believe it's the island of the mushroom kingdom.
