this guy is getting removed next update because of oc creators request since he wants to leave the community

i had a chance to remove this guy (because like everyone doesnt like him anymore) but i didnt
hes too funny to not be removed (if you know you know)
plus the creator doesnt even originally own him, he bought it off someone (idk who)
