Rae was born as a human, and due to a currently unspecified accident she died, her father rebuilt her as a robot to bring her back, taking her soul and putting it within the robot.

Rae would live a normal life for a few more years, until humanity accidentally unleashes ancient eldritch monsters, Rae's father added combat features to Rae in response to this, before they die. Rae survives in the post-apocalyptic world as the only 'living' survivor. Rae has both an AI and her soul, which both control the same vessel, the AI does research in the background about everything Rae sees constantly.

Rae would eventually unlock enough power to kill the ancient monsters. Rae did so and was left to wander, she wandered for billions of years until the dawn of a new universe, Rae would survive the end and reach the beginning, and she kept wandering, looking for any sapient life to speak with.

I've summarised it quite simplistically. If I ever manage to make a comic or story detailing the story it won't be written out like this.
