This is Darkleaf, he is BFD’s version of Satan. He was beheaded after murdering 18 cats and the clan cats made him go to The Dark Forest, which is the cat version of Hell.

He has complete control over The Dark Forest and he hates living there. It’s cold and dark but he enjoys tormenting the cats who are there by giving them small amounts of prey and harming them for fun.
He allows the cats in The Dark Forest to drink BFD’s version of alcohol (which is yarrow and crushed up deathberries [without the seeds of course] mixed with water), sin and do whatever they want.
