This is Falla, he's a corrupted piece of code that was in the game, Player was stuck in. So for Falla could have a body to escape the game, Falla tried to copy Player's appearance but also copied a bit of Weefager also.

The black gaps in Falla are him trying to keep himself together.

I also hope I got the Spanish translation for Falla's name is right. Yes Falla's English name is Failure because he's a corrupted piece of code that failed to be the Weefager that was in the game Player was stuck in.
