This character is Grey from Aotu World, a web cartoon. It's really good, you guys should check it out.
They also has a game but the global version is dead since last years. I know, i played it for couple months. The chinese version is still playable.
Roblox had a collab event with them back then and they released some cosmetics related. Of course, i grabbed all of it :)

1I swear this fight is in no right stuck with me this long. I think the music and story did the heavy work. Asriel fight still rocks though.
