This is probably a VERY chaotic suggestion, but why not make a character create or something? Obviously you would probably have to unlock it to prevent people from doing... bad things with it... But maybe there could be a trust system like VrChat?

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
