For people that couldn't read Waltz's story:
In the same theme as Gus, Waltz was made to Play elegant music for guests. She was originally from a rival company, But they filed for bankruptcy and Waltz was discarded. when the owner of MR.Bovin's Bonanza Pizzeria found her, they fixed her hoping it would add a touch of fanciness.
