there is 2 ways that ultra delta sans could happen
way 1: the ultra form could be sans special trasformation, it doesnt require the souls
way 2: sans absorbs 6 bravedy souls and become ultra delta sans.
i think that ultra delta sans its a bit more powerful than classic ultra sans because he has the other transformation, but classic ultra sans would have more special attack because of all the different souls
