These are actually unused enemies that were from a previous prototype when it was just "Retro Kid" back in 2023. The Skibidi Toilet one is set to not create (since it follows the player even off-screen unlike other enemies like Phostie/Ghost Girl Enemy who just follow the player only if she is set as the attack value) while the other one (which... to be fair, I don't know its name) is set to be created but does not appear inside the level bounds.
