This was from a challenge in the past where we had to draw the characters as different animals so I made roxy and the dragons waterbased instead of fire

A work in progress felt project that I am working on. I am wondering if I should make her clothes out of felt or sow them from fabric. It would be nice to make different outfits for her but it would be kinda difficult.
