scrapped idle animation for papyrus, we were going to use but realised it wouldnt fit in, credits go to dummy for animating the hands
hmm i wonder what it is toriel.. (this isnt canon to duststorm lore btw, just me havin fun with the new textbox sprites and tilesets)
