Has an incredible amount of mind chronos. Eventually he was taught by Polyphera how to use it and developed it into a possession attack which he used to possess strong people of the time patrol. His original body is lost to time and sees himself as the guy you see there, so it could just be a purple head lolll. During the Null Orb arc he possesses Saber and in the Jailbreak Arc he is the one who sets in motion the attack. He is killed during the Jailbreak war after being exercised by Athena, who secretly knows Chronos.
