It would be like normal sonic.exe but there would be no dead animals.... when sonic.exe goes to kill tails, he fails. And tails gets away safely.

Knuckles:

It would be normal, again. But when hr goes to kill knuckles, he fails yet again. And yet again, Knuckles escapes safely.

Eggman:

It would play the exact same.

Since he dies from falling down stairs, and not exe.
