To be a chad is to respect, tolerate, and be kind.

To be a chad is to accept anyone regardless of their race, gender, or preferences. If someone prefers cereal after milk, if a chad disagrees, they will accept their opinion regardless. They would completely disregard the race of who they're talking with, no matter if it's a calm chat or an argument.

To be a chad is to tolerate anyone's thoughts, mood, or mindset. If someone wants to share a concept or vent after a troubling day, a chad would listen and/or try to help. They would share their thoughts, console the venting, and wholeheartedly relate.

To be a chad is to be kind to anyone regardless of personality, actions, or thought processes. A chad would try and peacefully change the mind of a racist and convince them that everyone is equal to each other, with the only difference being skin color, which simply never mattered. They would reason, explain, and state points. If the one that they are trying to change the mind of continues to be racist, a chad would kindly remind them about their past conversation.

Case and point: You can be overweight, hideous, or have lower-than-average IQ. As long as you fulfill those aspects, you can be considered a chad.
