Five Nights at TubbyLand 2: Recoded

To get all things clear

WARNING! A LOT OF LETTERS

I think we all understand that I'm at this point done with this project. There are a few people who could 100% it by now and I'm really thankful to everyone who's played it. It gifted me huge joy watching all your playthroughs, reading through all your comments and overall working on this game. Thank you all so much, the launch couldn't happen any better in my opinion. And of course, good luck to those who are still playing!

So, what does it now mean for me? Right off the start, this is probably the first thing I'm going to address - you won't be seeing any more recodes of Tubbyland games from me. My decision is final on that one. I had my run with the second game and it was worth the effort. I've tried the official 2.0 of the first game and while it's still not perfect for my liking, I do think FNATL 1 doesn't need my reimagining now. As for FNATL3, I'm pretty sure I've left one reply saying that it would take a lot of work to fix it. While it's not a barrier for me, I would really enjoy it more if I were to play someone else's recode. Though, I must admit, I did come up with some ways of improving it. I hope some of the current recoders read it and can take my idea. Thats is, remove the power regeneration all together. In my opinion, it would benefit the gameplay a lot, giving players the time to actually react on the characters, yet still, keeping them worried with the power usage. That would be the End Game in my opinion. So yeah, those people I've mentioned in the previous post, I wanna see my idea to be used at least by one of you ;)

Is it the end of my game development part in this community? Well, being honest, I did think of leaving Game Dev after this project. But you know, back then when Scott has just retired and I thought the game would still drop around the summer. Oops... Well, what I can say now, is I think I'll drop a final game in some time. I haven't started working on it properly yet, but I know what it will be. It's also going to be a recode. And I'll properly announce it next year (which is going to happen in less than a month, wow!). I won't hint you a single bit what project am I taking on now, but I'm sure you'll like it.

For now, I'm on a short break. Thanks again for joining me on this game. I hope to see you again in upcoming year. At the moment, there's barely a week left for Security Breach. I hope that game will be something worthy of 2 year development time. What do you think? Either way, I'll be going now. Until later

1.8 Update + New Page Design

This is now an official statement.

Hey, so uh... here I am again. What now? Final progress report

Just as Pecaminosa's musicians #improvise this rendition of #LittleSunflower 🌻, so do we improvise with this post you're reading. 😂

What's coming out of your own improvs? 🤔

Here's a peaceful little forest scene for this #screenshotsaturday, from the beginning of the game.

Strange Umbrella

Finished work on the emotions of a new character for the tank universe

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.
