to help with the art process I decided to use some sprites from ZDoom what is your opinion on this move and does it make the game less or more enjoyable? BEFORE AND AFTER

I started making this samurai game based on a Sekiro short I found. Adding more robust combat I was looking at some older games for inspiration and found Crossed Swords for the neo geo and For Honor. Gonna add phase combat and some rogue replayability.
