Nobody from waterfall or Snowdin uses the entrance due to safety! (Apart from Undyne) Who wants to climb the rubble or go through the window and possibly get cut? Or be crushed by falling rubble? No one!

To keep Art!Tale as original as possible, the Castle has fallen on the entrance of waterfall, there has been a sign saying to not enter, but someone has put planks around the areas you are halted from going across.
Wonder who?
