about a year ago we came here when it was about 5ft tall, theres debris and trash everywhere, and we made a bid for like $700 at the time. later on we kept getting it back and the (very stupid) lady that manages some stuff kept rudely (she's unprofessional but whatever) saying she had to keep resubmitting the work order. eventually we told her to add another $100 since its already been so long and the grass would be taller, and so, about in april I believe is when we quit the company for our other, more demanding one, which was like.. the devils day job actually so we quit them and came back here. now, we get this place back KNOWING its in worse shape, it would have been a long time ago even since its been so long, but now we're here because I saw the boss' work order note, "I think we should give this to [my dad], he will do a better job. $240"

so basically, this work order has been kicked around, shot down, and he decided to take advantage of my dad since we're back again and he's DISCARDED our original bid, which i don't believe he should have the right to lowball like that after so long, and for only $240. and he wants us to pick up all the grass clippings, for thick grass that I'm literally engulfed in. talk about getting screwed, good mornin yall!

Edit, side note, forgot to mention how bad it smells. I'm glad I normally wear this mask, but its musty, moldly, you can smell it so far away kind of bad and stuff has DIED IN THIS HOUSE. It's bad. It's torn to pieces inside and out, never been cleaned, and if it were me; i'd burn it all down (/hj)

Another edit: boss just said that it was actually approved for $280 – I'm inclined to believe 40 of that goes to him or the manager lady. But we're supposed to be getting $350 for this now. Imo... NOT ENOUGH, but better.
