added combos for 80's bb and the puppet in normal game and a combo for future puppet in the w scenario

added a dialogue with toy bonnie in the w scenario
bb in the ending will now say "git gud ursine man" to freddy f***boy

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
