Bug Fixes:
Fixed bridge highlighting issue
Level 8 time goal now obtainable]
Gameplay Changes:
Clicking the village panel now returns the camera to the village
Improved tutorial
Cycles passed displayed on time button
Person icon at a resource under attack changes color to reflect being unusable
UI more visible
Natural Disasters ramp up over time
Time goals balanced
