Heya, it's me, GlobenJamer87!

So a while back I had announced the cancelation of a FNaF fan project me and a couple other folks were working on, Twisted Circuit 2, a decision that still bums me out a little to this day. In that devlog I very briefly mentioned how I had ideas for a potential third game in the series but didn't really go over what those ideas were as that wasn't the focus of the devlog.

Well.... it is for this one! So let's talk about it!

TC3 never made it past the concept phase, the only things that were ever made for it was the logo (as seen above) and one "teaser" featuring what would've been the game's central antagonist;

That's right, it's ya boi, barnacle Foxy! He wasn't planned to be the only enemy however. I at the very least also wanted to include Twisted Chica, which would've rounded off the main Fazbear crew. I had also thought about including Twisted Wolf but I never managed to find a good model for him so he likely wasn't going to make it in anyways. This also would've been the first TC game to not feature any Shadow animatronics as I felt they would've had their dues in TC2.

The concepts for the game itself were that it would've been set in a foggy, swampy jungle with a run-down cabin placed somewhere within it that the player could use as a safehouse of sorts. I would've wanted it to have been point-and-click free-roam too, allowing you to actually roam the jungle to do.... something?... Yeah that's about where the gameplay premise ends tbh, never made it towards thinking out the animatronics behaviors, what your goal would've been, ect.. I really only had the foundation thought of pretty much.

As far as story goes, the only real things I had going were that you would've played as a runaway criminal who attempted to evade the authorities by hiding away inside the damp jungle the game is set in, only for them to confront Twisted Foxy and his squad of hooligans. The ending to the game would've had you be abducted somehow and be taken face-to-face with Mr. Afton himself, shedding some light on how the TC games were set in an AU post-FFPS were Afton somehow survived the fire again 'cus he's just built different Ig.

But yeah, honestly that's about all TC3 had going for it prior to TC2's unfortunate cancellation. I mostly wanted to make this post because I said I'd touch-up on what my plans for a potential TC3 would've been in that initial post, but also because I've been reminiscing on TC as a whole here lately and so wanted to share what my ideas were for it. I thought the ideas I had for it were pretty neat, but in hindsight would've been overly ambitious for the likes of me. It was never going to be a guarantee that TC3 was going to happen anyways, it's why I didn't plan on including a teaser at the end of TC2 like I did with the first game. At the end of the day it was always just moreso a fun concept rather than a full-blown serious thing like TC2 was. I still would've liked to have it happen, but again, was never a guarantee to begin with.

Any who uh, I feel like I'm rambling now so thank y'all for coming to my ted talk. You likely won't hear anymore stuff relating to games from me going forward, I've accepted that being a game dev just ain't my thing. I once again thank everyone who took the time to check out the first Twisted Circuit, to the people who helped make it possible, and to those who somehow thought my stuff was good enough to warrant a follow (seriously I'm still flabbergasted that I have over 500 followers thank y'all so much).
