Twisted Perception is an Indie Psychological Horror game revolving around 23 year old Isaac Williams, who has the ability to see supernatural beings that others can't. While searching for answers, he finds himself in some sort of alternate reality, where all other humans are gone, and Horrifying Creatures stalk him. Is it all a part of his broken mind, or do these things want something from Isaac?
