Metal Ninja is a robot created by the Orochi Foundation as a means of getting rid of the Ninjas. He is based on Metal Sonic because that is my favorite Sonic character next to Tails and Infinite.
Artemis is Galactic's brother. While Galactic is a interdimensional bounty hunter, Artemis is a highly trained assassin Prince. Artemis was sent after Galactic by their father for an unknown reason.
