Balancing Changes
-Peach + Spyro go through the office much more slowly if the monitor is in use.
-Bowser raises the temperature more slowly, as well as increasing the temperature overall less.
-Toned down a good chunk of characters spawn frequencies.

2nd beta has been unleashed. This beta after a few days of testing will go out to the public as a public demo/beta thing to receive feedback. Also I need opinions on the balancing as we all know I am not the best at it so I'll need your help.

I know I said that I need to be productive again but I just started playing PVZ Fusion couple days ago and I'm hooked sorry guys.
I have programmed the first 24 characters and unleashed a beta build to my testers. Progress is going splendid so far.
