If you didn't get hit and keep sparing undyne in undyne's 3rd phase, you could reach the hidden phase and ending, which shows Undyne had perfectly mixed herself with all Amalgamates and become the goddess of the earth (Daichi no Megami), now her vessel is fullfilled with the earth itself's will and gonna act what The Earth really want to do.
