UNDERTALE: Twilight is going to take longer to release, and here's why.
For a while now, I've been thinking of redoing the game. Not the main plot points, but adding small things here and there and revamping the level of detail. But while I'm going to be changing things on the outside, the inside dev part of it is going to be undergoing a sort of change, too.
For starters, this has been pointed out quite a bit - the general workflow of the game is, well, not the best, to be honest, and it doesn't help that school and homework have been swamping me as well - but the truth is, I have been a bit lazy with developing the game. I've also been under the assumption that the game would be ready for release a few months from now, but looking at how development's going, I don't think it will. Sorry to get your hopes up.
However, from now on, I'll be changing some things. I, for one, will concentrate on this game more rather than other projects and try to fit more things in the time I get for developing UTT - but, as it's always been, I can't do it alone. So I've decided to take inspiration from other games / mods and create an official application form (although you can still DM justyouraverageutfan
on Discord to apply, if you want to):
Twilight Studios Application Form
Well, I think that's it for now. I don't know how the new way of doing things is going to go, but I'm sure it's going to be better than what I've been doing up until now.
I hope your [insert time of day] hasn't been dampened by the news of the game getting delayed, though!
TLDR: You can also apply through #apply-for-devteam
in the Discord server
