I-Cores can be found in grocery markets. The appear as normal fruits when found though. A strange worm-like creature can crawl inside, typically where the mouth is formed. After a few hours, organs will begin to grow, such as a brain, eyes, intestines, etc. Eating these fruits can actually cause dangerous effects, such as diarrhea, bleeding from the ears, pains in the stomach and chest, and possibly death. If this is not treated, your chest or stomach may grow it's own parts like the I-Cores, the typical infection time is 2-3 months.
