William and Henry open up Fredbear's Family Diner, Charlotte Emily gets locked outside and William Afton pulls up and kills her. The Security Puppet comes outside Charlotte's soul possess it. Henry and William both quit Fredbear's and sell it to Fazbear Ent. It opens up again, until the day when Michael Afton and his friends put Crying Child in Fredbear's mouth, causing the spring locks to fail killing him. Fredbear's gets closed down for good, and Fazbear Ent. opens up a new location called Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. William Afton sneaks in, uses the Spring Bonnie suit in the safe room to lure and kill five kids. He then stuffs them into Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, Foxy and Fredbear. Freddy's gets closed down cause the animatronics smell bad, blah, blah, blah. Fazbear Ent. opens up a new location called The New and Improved Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. William kills five more kids and stuffs them into the toy animatronics using the Spring Bonnie suit again. Overnight, The Puppet gives life to the original and new animatronics, bringing them all to life. This is also when Fredbear changes to Golden Freddy because Cassidy's spirit. The Bite of '87 occurs and it gets closed down again. William opens Circus Baby's Pizza World, Circus Baby kills Elizabeth and her spirit possess her. C. Baby's gets closed down storing the animatronics in an underground facility (Circus Baby's Party and Rental," Fazbear Ent. opens up another location in the original location. (That's a very confusion sentence,) William sneaks in, lures Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy into the safe room and dismantles all of them. All of the souls chase William around and for some reason he goes into the Spring Bonnie suit. He gets spring locked, and The Puppet sets all of the souls free. (She does not free herself or Cassidy though) Michael applies for a job at Baby's Party and Rental and goes through Sister Location. He gets scooped and eventually vomits Ennard out into the sewers. Then, out of nowhere a random company turns the original Freddy's location into a horror attraction setting Springtap loose. Michael then burns Fazbear Fright down to the ground (not Springtap) Henry then creates a new pizzeria and hires Michael to work there. When the time was right, Henry burned down the whole place with Molten Freddy, Lefty, Scraptrap and Scrap Baby inside. Then, a random game developer makes a bunch of horror games revovling around Freddy's. Fazbear Ent. makes a virtual reality horror game about their own past (FNAF VR) Here's...where it gets a little fuzzy. One of the circuit boards the people scanned for FNAF VR had William Afton's soul(?) Anyways, Glitchtrap is able to make one of the testers for the game to join a cult (Vanny)

There isn't really anything lore wise confirmed in Security Breach, so I'm not gonna dive into that rabbit hole.
